If you are wanting side marker lights on your trailer that function both as side markers (running lights) and turn signals then you will need assemblies that have two power wires. The Optronics Armored LED Clearance and Side Market Light # MCL86RB that you referenced features a single power wire and a ground wire so it could not be used in this manner. You would only be able to hook it up to a single circuit such as running lights or brakes/turn signals.
If you were to use this assembly you would need to add separate side marker lights for the turn signals by way of a converter to isolate the turn signals from the brake light.
Otherwise a better option will be with a multi-function light like the Optronics LED Combination Tail Lights # TLL160RK that feature a 3-wire pigtail. For the turn signals you will still want to use the above-mentioned converter so that they don't also come on with the brake lights.
