What grease is used to pre-grease these bearings? I would like to get more of the same grease to keep on hand so i dont mix incompatible greases.

The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # 84550UC1-EZ comes pre-greased with LMX Red Grease such as Plews Edelman # L11390. The Plews red grease is petroleum based and the UltraLube is bio-based but both are cross-compatible so you can use either.
