The only difference between the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System part # BXW1500 and the Blue Ox SwayPro Weight Distribution System part BXW1500-S (which we don't carry) is the shank that is included with either system. The standard system (BXW1500) comes with the Weight Distribution Shank part # BXW4000 which offers up to 2" of drop whereas the extended system (BXW1500-S) comes with the Weight Distribution Shank part # BXW4002 which offers up to 4-1/2" of drop.
In order to find out how much drop you need, you can measure from the ground to the top inside edge of the receiver tube and then subtract the distance from the ground to the bottom of the coupler on your trailer.
