Question:

I am moving my RV house battery from the yoke behind my propane tanks to inside the trailer pass through to get it out of the sun and weather so it can stay cleaner and cooler in summer and warmer in winter. I am also upgrading to LiFePO4 batteries. I have an Atwood power jack so I need to lengthen the wire to reach the new battery location. The wire on the unit is 10 AWG black rubber cord with one stranded cable in it. Can you tell me where I can get this wire so I can make the extension to the new battery location?

We have 10 gauge wire sold by the foot as part # 10-1-1 which will work great to power your etrailer.com powered a-frame jack # EJ-3520-BBX. We have used this exact wire on powered jacks like yours several times with great success. This has a stranded core though and not a solid core.
