Yes, I did some checking and the 2005 Mini Coopers with automatic transmissions can be towed on tow dollies like the Roadmaster part # RM-2050-1 that you referenced. This is actually the only way it's recommended to tow them aside from on a trailer.
To use the brakes of this kit you'll need to add a 7-way to it with the # HS381-9000.
