What you have on your horse trailer is a pretty common clearance light that we do offer in red and amber as an LED. For the red you'd want the part # AL91RB and for amber part # AL91AB.
You'll also need the grommet part # A91GB and the right angle pigtail part # A46PB and you'd be set.
