Want to install the handle assit but will have holes in camper once I remove the one thats on there right?

If you are replacing an existing handle to install the Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle # AM-300 on your camper then you will indeed have a couple of pre-drilled holes leftover that can be easily cleaned up. To cover up the holes I simply recommend using some caulk/sealant like # 0160297 for an easy and clean application.
