For your 8K Dexter axle we have 12 x 3-3/8-inch self-adjusting electric drum brake kit # K23-532-533-00. These brakes use a 4-bolt mounting pattern and they fit trailer wheels from 16-inches up to 17-1/2-inches. These Dexter brakes are USA-made and they include mounting hardware. You will need two kits.
If you're looking for a lower-priced option we also have kit # AKEBRK-8 from AxleTek. These do not include hardware so you can use part # BRKH122508 for a matching hardware kit.
