I have a 2014 Ford Focus titanium. Will this tow bar work without modifications RM-501

The Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 6,000 lbs # RM-501 will work perfectly with your 2014 Ford Focus Titanium when you use the Roadmaster Crossbar-Style Base Plate Kit # RM-524430-4. The base plates will require trimming your vehicle fascia. I've attached a photo to assist.
An alternative is to use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX2633 with the Blue Ox Acclaim Tow Bar - A-Frame - Car Mount - 5,000 lbs # BX4330 for a similar style. I've attached videos to assist.
