Question:
Can you recommend a compatible roof rack system to carry a SUP for a 2014 Prius V

I recommend starting with the Inno Roof Rack # INXB100-108, # INXS200, and # INK865 which is a custom fit for your 2014 Prius V and is a really nice aero bar option with top channel for other accessories. Then I recommend using the Rhino-Rack SUP and Surfboard Pads w/ Tie-Downs for Crossbars - Universal - 33-1/2" Long - Qty 2 # RRRWP05 because it comes with the protection you need for your rails and board. If you want a higher end carrier with security integrated for your paddle board, then I recommend the Thule SUP Taxi XT Stand-Up Paddleboard Carrier - Roof Mount - 2 Boards # TH810001. This is a much better option with curved support and locking tie downs integrated. I've attached some videos to assist.
Another option is to simply use the SeaSucker Board Carrier - Vacuum Cup Mounted - 1 Surfboard or Paddleboard # 298-BX1806 which uses vacuum cups rated for 210 lbs pull strength on each cup to give you a very easy to install and safe option that you can store inside your vehicle when not in use.
