Updated 05/31/2019 | Published 05/30/2019 >
Question:
If my trailer lights are not working using my factory installed wiring, do I need to have the bodys contoller reflashed? Is there something I can do to make the lights work?

If your factory trailer wiring stopped working it's most likely due to blown fuses or relays under the hood of your 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. That's what I would check first. From there if everything looks good it would be time to go to a dealer to see if anything needs to be reflashed. Older Ram trucks used to require their TIPM to be reset if the trailer wiring ever experienced a short.
