The 2-5/16" Hitch Ball for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems - 14,000 lbs # EQ91-00-6140 according to the manufacturer requires 430 ft-lbs torque. Only certain industrial torque wrenches have that capacity, so a good rule to follow is tightening until the washer is fully compressed.
