Hello, is there any reason this 18inch extension would not plug into a Honda 3000i generator? the outer size of the male end, specifically

Most generators like your Honda 3000i will only accept a twist lock connector which helps them from falling out due to the vibrations associated with the generator running. Therefore, you can still use the Power Grip RV Power Cord Extender part # CAM55205 you will just also need to use an adapter, the Mighty Cord Generator Adapter Plug part # A10-G3030AVP. If you don't want to use an adapter we also have the Power Grip Generator Adapter for RV Power Cord part # CAM55272.
