2019 Thomas Payne lock button not working. Our lock button on our dual recliners aren’t working. We showed our salesman this in the walk through and it didn’t get taken care of. Is this an easy fix?

The Replacement Cup Holder for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas - Qty 1 # 195-387597 is a simple swap out. The lock simply keeps you from accidentally bumping the other features and turning them on or off. If the replacement cup holder remote doesn't solve your issue then it would be in the control box and you'd need the Replacement Control Box for Thomas Payne Momentum Recliners and Sofas - Qty 1 # 195-387596 as well.
Before purchasing the products I recommend looking for a bent pin or a small issue with the connection as it may be an easy fix without replacing parts.
