Do you offer a bath vent fan that wires into my existing switch plate that has 1 for opening lid and 1 for fan?

Yes, the Ventline Ventadome Roof Vent part # V2119-603-00 is designed to wire to a switch like the one you mention part # VC0533-03-A. I have attached a wiring diagram for your reference.

The Ventadome Roof Vent also comes in white part # V2119-601-00.
