Although I'm sure you could mount the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent # VP-543SP vertically on your wall, when I reached out to my contact at Ventline he said that it wasn't built to function that way so it may not operate properly.
You could instead install a wall vent like part # 9139, # HMAV2-AVT2, or # WHMAV2-WAVT2 to help promote airflow if you don't want to/don't have room for an electric vent on your roof.
