Can etrailer Mount and Balance Trailer Tires

can I pick out a wheel and tire combination and etrailer mounts and balances it before it is shipped

We don't have a way to mount tires here so we can't do that. You'll need to have the tires like the part # TTWTRTM2358016E mounted locally to the rim you purchase. Trailer tires don't typically get balanced either. Instead, they line up the heavy spot on the wheel with the light spot on the tire which gets the setup mostly balanced.
