Question:

I am attaching a picture of the part I need. Hopefully your company or some other company sells them. I see you have the straps but I also need the cradle pads per the attached picture.

It looks like that cradle belongs to the discontinued Yakima BedRoc bike rack. We do have the replacement straps as part # Y8820103 but unfortunately the cradle pads are no longer available. You may be able to find them at a resale shop but even Yakima doesn't have an active record on that bike rack (and they keep a record of discontinued products).

Knowing that, it may be time to replace your bike rack. I think you'll really like the Thule Apex XT # TH9025XT because it is a 4-Bike rack (weight capacity of 150 lbs) that uses rubber straps to secure your bikes. Instead of a rail that reaches between the arms though this rack uses cradles on 2 arms and the bike rests on both cradles. Because of this slight design change you may need to use an adapter bar # Y02531 if any of your bikes don't have a horizontal top tube.
