Question:
So in reference to the trailer Jack wheel . Is there a wheel for trailer swing jack that is rubber ? I have an Overton and the wheel has sooo much trouble spinning around even when I grease it clean it .... so the family fights it and drags it so it has flat parts its my second one like this second time I got an 1500 lb still has issues. I was looking at the mega wheel 1800 would this maneuver easier. Frustrated about it

The only side frame mount jack we have available that uses a rubber wheel/tire is the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack # STC-V211 and its particular tire are designed only to fit this model. All the other options and replacement casters we have available are the hard plastic type you are having trouble with now. We do not carry Overton's products so I really cannot say if the Mega Wheel model would be an improvement.
The Trailer Valet Swivel Jack is really a great solution for your setup. Not only will the dual rubber wheels provide excellent traction but its chain drive system allows you to much more easily maneuver the trailer around. You can also add the the Drill Bit Attachment # TVDA so that you can power the unit with a cordless drill for an effort-free operation.
It has a 500 pound weight capacity so you will just need to be sure this is sufficient for your trailer's tongue weight. I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well.
