Why would anyone buy a 2-pack TJ01RT-HD for $+ when they could be 2 singles TJ01RT - $ each for less?

Good question. The Stabilizer Jack - 6-1/4" Drop Leg Travel - 18" - 650 lbs - Qty 1 # TJ01RT doesn't come with the Replacement Handle Rod for etrailer and Ram Stabilizer Jacks - 650 lbs # SJ-100-HD which does come included in the kit # TJ01RT-HD.
The pricing does change based on the manufacturer costs and stock at any given time, so it is wise to compare as you have done.
