Thanks, Jason. Is that the only recommended bike rack for the Priority Continuum Onyx ? I identified the following before I got your response. What about the Saris Bones2 bike rack with a pair of Saris Hatch Huggers (said to allow carriers to be used on hard to fit hatchbacks). I can get this one in stock locally.

For your 2017 Toyota Prius Hatchback I recommend the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634 or the 3 bike # Y02633. This will work well with your Prius and will safely transport your Priority Continuum Onyx bike. The rack comes with integrated security features to deter theft of the rack and your bike when used.

The Yakima Fullback is not the only bike rack compatible with your Priority Continuum Onyx bike. The larger issue is the compatibility with your 2017 Prius 5 door hatchback. The Saris Bones 2 # SA805BL can work with your vehicle but is not a direct fit. It requires changing out both the top and side straps with the hatch huggers # SA3035 you mentioned and doesn't include some nicer features like the included locks for theft deterring. It absolutely will work with these straps and then you can use a cable lock like # e98891 and a rack cable like the Thule Passive Security Strap for Trunk Mounted Bike Carriers # TH533 which has a metal strap included so no one walks off with your rack needing only to replace a couple cut straps. The Saris rack is a nice and lightweight product that will work well if you add the other components or if you are comfortable going without them.
