Will this light work on a Triton 88 ATV trailer ?

The Miro-Flex LED Trailer Tail Light part # STL22RB is a recessed mount tail light that mounts in an oval hole about 6-1/2" long x 2-5/16" tall using the PVC Grommet part # A70GB. I took a look at your Triton 88ATV Trailer online and this appears to be exactly what you have now so it should work just fine but if you take a quick measurement of the opening you would be able to confirm this for yourself. The oval tail lights are fairly standard in regards to size.
