Is this locking pin 337BLHP125 compatible with a Swagman platform bike rack?

We do have locking hitch pins that work with Swagman bike racks, though the one you mentioned will not, because bike rack manufacturers have their own unique thread. So what you will need instead is a lock from Swagman, and the right one will depend on if your Swagman Rack fits 1-1/4" & 2" hitches, or only fits 2" hitches.
