If you don't have the stop and turn signals at the 7-Way/4-Way connector on your 2018 Ford F-150 but the 20A fuse for those functions looks good, then the next step is to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to see if you are getting power to one end of fuse. If you are then you need to test the wiring at the back of your 4-Way/7-Way connector to make sure the signal is making it all the way through.
You will just need to replace the connector with part # C55774 if the signal is getting to the back of the connectors. If you aren't getting power to the back of the connector then there is something going on with your wiring and you will either need to search for places where it is damaged and replace them or have a shop/dealer take a look at it for you.
A universal wiring kit like the Tekonsha # 18252 can give you a fully functioning 4-Way and 7-Way when coupled with the Kit # ETBC7 which bypasses your OEM wiring and all of this does not require splicing which will be a great feature on your new pickup.
