Picking Between Replacement Motors for Venture Landing Gear M-9000-PK LG-196308 and LG-142178

Question:
I have a Venture M-9000-pk landing box. Im trying to make a decision between LG19638 vs LG142178. The 638 has 1,000lbs more lift capacity, but the 178 cost more.? They both seem like a suitable replacement but i want the best quality and strength. My 5th wheel wt is 13-17k.

Both of the motors you mentioned part numbers # LG-196308 and # LG-142178 are a fit for your application and would do the job well. The winner is definitely the # LG-196308 since it has the capacity you want and currently has the better price.
