Question:
Hi there! I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler, and I have a premium Class II hitch receive on it. Im dont ever connect anything other than a 4-bike rack to it. The hitch I have has a towing capacity of 3,500 lbs, and a tongue weight of 350 lbs. For this hitch, I wouldnt be loading anything that would exceed the hitch capacity weight of rack + about 240lbs or so. Would this be OK to use with the current hitch I have? Thanks!

You can use a hitch cargo carrier in the 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch on your 2011 Wrangler Unlimited, a hitch such as the discontinued Draw-Tite #36424, but the particular cargo carrier # e98874 that you referenced only fits a 2-inch hitch. No worries, though, since we have similar carriers to fit your Class II hitch.
When we installed this Draw-Tite hitch on a 2012 Unlimited the hitch pin hole was about 10-inches forward of the back of the spare tire. This means you want to choose a carrier either that does not fold up, or one that will give you more than this 10-inches of clearance so that the folded carrier does not contact the spare.
Perfect options in a fixed carrier is the Curt # C18110 since it has a little over 11-inches of clearance. it can hold 300-lbs of cargo which means you can use the full capacity of the hitch (after you deduct the carrier weight).
If you need a cargo net you can use # C18200 and for an assortment of bungee cords. If you go with bungee cords, I recommend starting with 4-6 each of lengths such as: # EM06664 19" and # EM06656 24", along with 2-3 each of # EM06658 36" and # EM06668 42".
Additionally, if you want to protect your cargo from the elements you might instead use cargo bag # 988501.
