When you install a brake controller like part # 90885 on a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic there are additional wires under the hood that need to be connected. After you have the brake controller installed, you want to find the power distribution box located on the driver's side of the Chevy under the hood. The 12V power is not connected yet which is what powers the brake controller. I have attached photos and a help article of the connections that need to be made under the hood to finish your installation.
