Hello, i have a 20ton lowboy and i am looking for 8.25/15 tires.will the ST225/75R15 work on a lowboy?

A 20-ton low boy trailer with 8 wheels/tires needs a 5000-lb rating per tire. In size ST225/75R15, which is close in size to your 8.25-15, the highest weight capacity we offer is a Load Range E tire, such as # AM10303 which is rated for 2830-lbs at 80-psi.
In a much larger 17-1/2 size ST235/75-17.5 tire we have J-rated items such as # P35175 which is good for 6000-lbs per tire at 127-psi pressure or 5675-lbs in a dual tire setup.
