Can I buy the 118158 piece separately? And if so what is the cost? I have more than enough wiring I use a shielded multi cable from front to back on my tow I also have diodes but would need a couple more.

Then for the additional diodes you need beyond what you currently have you will use the Roadmaster Hy-Power Diode - (Qty 1) # RM-790 or package of 2 # RM-792.
