Question:
Im looking at the EM77316 and like the design, but my wheel is 16 2003 Express 1500 van. Your description says only good for 14 or 15. Seems like it ought to work for 16. If not do you have one of similar design for 16 wheels

Typically wheels that are larger than 15 inch in diameter will have a hub mounting flange and pilot diameter that is too large for the Erickson Spare Trailer Tire Bracket Kit # EM77316 to fit well. This has an outer diameter of 5 inches so if you compare that to your wheel and it would work fine then this would be a solution that would work well.
