Question:

Info says it will fit a 14foot to 15foot tire. Is this referring to the outside diameter of the tire or talking about the rim diameter. More specifically will this fit properly on a 27x9x12 tire on my Honda Pioneer 1000 UTV.

The 14 inch to 15 inch diameter that the Kinedyne Wheel Net # 910 fits is referring to the diameter of the wheel and not the diameter of the tire. For your UTV tire size of 27x9x12 you'd want a ProGrip Adjustable Wheel Net with Ratchet # 317-18900 which will easily fit your tire size as it fits tire diameters of up to 33 inches and 12-1/2 inches in width. It also has a capacity of 5,500 lbs as well.
