Installation Torque Values/Specs for Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 75282

Question:
Wind took my instructions and blew them to parts unknown. What is the torque setting for the bolts attaching the hitch to the vehicle?

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75282 requires all hardware be torqued to 68 foot pounds according to the instructions. I've attached a photo in case you need anything else for this installation as well as a video.
