What size lube plate do I need for a 2014 keystone voucher lite 29ret?

There is a lube plate that will work for you although the specific trailer you have does not come into play when choosing one.
So long as the lube plate covers the entirety of the skid plate on your king pin you are good as it will cover the surface. I recommend going with a 12 inch diameter lube plate, either the Curt Lube Plate # C16722 or Reese # RP83001. If you let me know your exact fifth wheel hitch I can make a more specific recommendation for you.
I've added links to reviews of both lube plates for you to take a look at.
