At this time (April 2019) we don't have any slip on mirrors that fit your 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 so the best option would be a door mounted mirror set like the Wheel Masters # WM6600-2 which will give you a very secure tow mirror. Door towing mirrors may not be the best looking solution, but the viewing angle and stability is nearly impossible to beat.
I attached a review video for this mirror set on a similar 2015 GM truck.
