can a scissor stabilization jack be placed under the center point with light pressure for camp set up stability? can I place a jack under the center point to jack the trailer for wheel bearing inspection? I have a 28foot 5th wheel dry weight 7450 Lbs, I have about 3.5foot center point 3inch square tube support cross frame under the I-beam frame for support.

When you need to remove a hub from your 5th wheel trailer to do wheel bearing inspection and re-packing you'll want to use a jack that lifts the trailer at the I-beam at the side of the frame. Scissor jack stabilizers like # UF48-979002 are not meant for lifting so much as for supporting a portion of the trailer's weight. You certainly CAN use a scissor jack to stabilize the trailer at camp.
A safer way to remove your wheel and hub is the Andersen Rapid Jack # AM3620 or the Blaylock # EZ-JACK which lift one side of the trailer by one of the tires which gives you clearance to allow removing the other wheel to get to the hub.
Another option is a bottle jack like # ALL620471 which has a wide base for stability. This 6K jack along with wheels chocks like # 337WC1467A will let you safely lift and stabilize your trailer so you can inspect your wheel bearings.
