Could you suggest a bearing kit and any special tools I would need to replace the bearings and seals on my 5th wheel RV that has Lippert 5200 lb axles? Attached is a picture of the axle label.

Your 5200-lb Lippert axle 121066 uses inner bearing # 25580, outer bearing # LM67048 and grease seal # GS-2250DL. For all of these you can use kit # BK3-300.
I also recommend bearing packer tool # ALL647646 for a cleaner method of packing the new bearings with high-temperature bearing grease such as # L11380.
Often a block of wood along with a rubber mallet are handy when installing a new seal into the rear bore of your hub. These items allow you to install the seal with less risk of distorting it.
