I installed a solar panel on my roof therefore I would need to install the fan off center. Would this be a problem having to cut through the corrugated metal? What about the curvature of the roof? It looks to be same across the roof. I don’t want to move the solar horizontally if I don’t have to. This is where I would like to install it.

MaxxFan Deluxe 12V Roof Vent # MA00-06200K and similar RV roof vents can be installed off-center in the roof of your Transit T-150. The minor difference in depth from the roof corrugations is not an issue since you'll be using an install kit with flexible sealant like # 344270KITW.
For wiring the vent to your 12V power I recommend using 10-gauge wire # 10-2-1 and butt connectors # 224775.
