I have a 1775 lund impact and I fish alot by myself. I would like to convert my trailer from roller to bunk. Is it possible. Its a lund trailer.

There's no particular reason you can't replace the rollers on your Lund trailer with wooden bunks. To do this I recommend taking a look at the CE Smith Bunk Boards # CE27820 which include two 5 foot long pre-carpeted boards that will work great. The black carpeting is marine-grade so it's going to hold up just fine to frequent water exposure.
To install the boards you will just need a set of bolster brackets like the CE Smith Galvanized # CE10000G-4 along with the U-Bolts and hardware for which you can use part # CE15283GA-4.
I have attached a sample install video so you can see exactly what the process entails.
