What is the largest and smallest diameters of the ends including collar at lock end and widest part of looped end?

Let me start by saying I'm not exactly sure what measurements you're looking for. If I misunderstand let me know and I'll get the correct ones.

I went out to our warehouse and measured the outer diameter of the loop and it's right at 2 inches at its widest point. The other end, with the lock removed, is 11/16 of an inch in diameter at its widest point.
