Can a Fiat weighting 2500 lbs. be secures to a flat trailer with only axle straps, 2 front and 2 rear or add wheel tie downs?

If you had axle straps on all four corners of your Fiat to the bed of the trailer you'd be totally fine. We have the Bulldog Winch Axle Strap Set part # BDW20230 which would cover your needs as it has a safe working load limit of 3,335 lbs.
