Do i have to disconnect drive shaft if i stay at or under 35 mph when towing my 2wheel rear drive S

That will depend on the vehicle. I don't know what your vehicle is so I can't look it up, but if you check the owners manual under the emergency/recreational towing section you'll see if your vehicle can be towed on a dolly like the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 and what steps need to be taken.
