If you have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring Hatchback, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 24844, will fit. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you. I have also included a link to all of the hitches that fit the Touring Hatchback model.

If you plan on doing some towing, this is a Class I trailer hitch with a 2,000 pound gross trailer weight capacity and 200 pound tongue weight capacity. You will want to consult the vehicle owners manual to determine the towing capacities of the car and stay within the limits of the lowest rated component.

For a ball mount, the correct part is # 3594 and you can use a 1-7/8 inch ball, # 19256, or a 2 inch ball # 19258. For a hitch pin and clip use # PC2. And for trailer lights, use # 118473. I have included a link to the installation details for the wiring as well.
