Can this handle two RadRover electric fat bikes? Total bike weight is 68# per bike with battery although we will remove batteries before loading. If not his carrier, do you have another? Thank you in advance.

Yes, this is just what you need. Hollywood Racks makes this rack specifically for the heavier E-bikes like your RadRovers with the part # HLY84FR which has an 80 lb per bike capacity and has wider wheel hoops to allow fat bikes up to 5" wide to fit too right out of the box. This will work with a 2" hitch. If you happen to have a 1-1/4" hitch, then you could go with the HLY74FR instead.
