Many Curt products like their trailer hitch receivers are made in the USA. However, not all products are made here. To answer your question about the Curt Tow Strap Loop for 2" Hitches - 13,000 lbs # C45832 it is made overseas. I've linked the page to all the options we carry for the tow strap loops and unfortunately we don't have one that is made in the USA from any of our manufacturers. The companies are US based but this line of products is not made here.
