I have a 2019 Ram short bed 2500. Will the Anderson Ultimate allow me to make a 90 degree turn.

The Andersen Ultimate Connection Hitch # AM3200 will give your 2019 Ram 2500 short bed an offset to assist with turning clearance and you will be able to make a right hand turn that is 90 degrees with enough turning clearance because your trailer and truck won't be at that 90 degree angle as you make the turn. If you just wanted to make sure you can tow with that hitch, you will be able to do that you will just be limited when making sharp turns like around some gas pumps and you will require more distance for turning when backing your trailer.
You will not be able to back your truck to the trailer at 90 degrees because you won't have that clearance. To have that kind of clearance would require a Sidewinder Pin box and 5th wheel hitch to move the pivot point back 22 inches from the kingpin.
I've attached a couple articles to assist. If you don't have the factory rail prep pucks, I recommend the Reese Quick-Install Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # RP50054-58 which the manufacturer has confirmed as a fit for your vehicle.
