Question:
2015 Ram 3500 crew cab long bed dually - Which model would you recommend for this truck? My fifth wheel only weighs 1000 pounds empty but I would like to have larger towing capacity of course if I need it down the road. Also which riser arm holes do you recommend I use with a long bed crew cab truck?

The best fifth wheel hitch for your 2015 Ram 3500 dually with an 8 foot bed is easily the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W because of its impressive jaw system that enhances the connection to your king pin, the cushioned bushings which minimize the noise that often comes with towing a fifth wheel trailer, and its pivoting head which makes connecting your trailer to the hitch easier.
This jaws on this hitch are a full 1 inch thick and are the key reason why you aren't going to have to deal with the highly annoying rattling that you would otherwise have to if you were to use a hitch with a lesser jaw system. If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the full breadth of these jaws and why they provide an optimal connection.
The bushings on the Companion are another important factor; they are made of polyurethane which act as cushions to further minimize noise and rattling. The hitch also can be adjusted four inches from front-to-back with its pivot arms for more cab clearance and offers three different height settings to ensure you are level with your fifth wheel trailer. This hitch has a 20,000 lb towing capacity, is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty.
The B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W is widely regarded as the most high-quality fifth wheel hitch in the industry; as evidence of that you can see that this hitch has been reviewed well over 500 times by our customers, and they have given it a nearly unanimous 5-star rating. Getting 500 people to agree on anything nowadays is impressive, which speaks volumes about how good the Companion really is.
The Companion requires the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1314-5W to mount in the bed of your '15 Ram 3500. This is an underbed mounting kit so your Ram's bed will be clear if you want to remove the Companion, and even better, this kit doubles as one of the most high-quality gooseneck hitches on the available.
In regards to the pivot arms, there isn't one that is recommended for use with a long bed crew cab truck; that will depend on your trailer so you will need to find what works for you in order to have a trailer that is as level as possible and give you the beset turning clearance.
I've added links to a couple video reviews for you to check out as well.
