If you want a tonneau cover that rolls up on top and locks in place when closed with the tailgate locked, then I recommend the BAK Revolver X2 Hard Tonneau Cover - Roll Up - Aluminum and Vinyl # BAK39213. If you want a cover that rolls up on the underside of the bed rails and locks at the end and still allows for full rear view when open I recommend the Pace Edwards SwitchBlade Hard Tonneau Cover # 311-SWD7833.

If you want a cover that can lock in place at any point of opening, then I recommend the RetraxONE MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT60232. This cover uses a locking mechanism on the cover and a key.

The BAK Revolver is the better option for compatibility with other products like adding a ladder rack like the Thule TracRac SR # TH43003XT-501 that attaches at the stake pockets. The Pace Edwards SwitchBlade and the RetraxONE MX are better concealed and allow the rear view while open. The Retrax allows locking at any point which is a nice feature. All of these will give you security as long as you can lock the tailgate of your truck. If you don't yet have that feature on your truck I recommend the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock - Power - Black # PAL8350.
