Question:
TransIT Flatbed 4DLX Wheel cradle - One of my wheel cradles is missing from my tow hitch bike rack. Is there a way to purchase a wheel cradle and not an entire rack.

It may be possible to replace the wheel cradles of your TransIT Flatbed 4DLX though we do not carry that brand so you will need to know how the cradles go on the rack and I wasn't able to tell from my research exactly how the cradle went on this rack.
If they slide on and are square you may be able to use the 1-1/4" Replacement Wheel Loop - SportRack # 05004700000 (Right Side) or # 05004800000 (Left Side), or if they are 1-3/16" there are the Replacement Wheel Hoops # P318.
Otherwise if you do need a new rack, a great option for a 4-bike rack is the The Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE4 # HR1400Z because it is both high quality and economical for a 4-bike rack.
The SE4 uses padded hooks to grasp your bikes by the top tubes and adjustable wheel mounts with straps to secure your rear wheels. It has a pair of handy quick-release spring pins that allow it to fold up for when you are not carrying your bikes or tilt down - even with the bikes loaded - so you can access your vehicle's rear cargo area. The SE4 has a number of other quality-of-life features, including an anti-rattle handle which you only need to turn to tighten the shank in your hitch receiver as well as a hitch and frame locks to secure the bike rack to your vehicle and bikes to your rack, respectively.
This rack has a 50 lb per bike capacity, can fit tires that are up to 3" wide and measures 7-1/2" from the face of the hitch pin to the closest part of the rack when folded down.
I've added links to video reviews of this rack for you to take a look at.
