I pulled the Trailer Wiring Junction Box # 38656, and Ring Terminal # 44-5310A, from our warehouse. The correct ring terminal size that will fit is part # 44-5310A, which is a 3/16 ID terminal for 12-10 gauge wire.
I produced a short video showing that the # 44-5310A ring terminal fits on the post of the Junction Box. Also linked is an FAQ on trailer wiring.
