You are correct. There are just two differences between part # PS1400950376 and part # PS1400960376.
The crank handle is included with part # PS1400950376, and it is painted black.
The # PS1400960376 does not include the crank handle, part # PS1400920383, which is sold separately, and this jack is painted gray.
Both jacks have a 12-1/2 inch lift and have a lift capacity of 10,000-lbs. They also feature an extended height of 54-1/4 inches.
